About IQAC

The NAAC proposes that every accredited institution should establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post accreditation quality sustenance measure. Since, quality enhancement is a continuous process, IQAC will become a part of an institution's system and work towards realizing the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has been established in the college at the instance of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) as a post accreditation quality sustenance measure.

The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the performance of the college. IQAC will make a significant and meaningful contribution in the post accreditation phase of the college. During the post accreditation period, IQAC will channelize all efforts and measures of the institution towards formatting its academic excellence.

Best practices

 All the college level committees are working under the supervision of IQAC and assure the quality of all the programme and activities of the institution.

 More stress on ICT teaching, guest lectures, faculty exchange programmes, communication skills and personality development programmes. Improve social involvement of students, health check-up camp, environmental awareness through rallies and posters, Polythene &tobacco free eco-friendly campus under the banner of Eco club,NSS, Rangers and NCC unit. Eco-friendly practices for E-waste and biodegradable waste.

 Efforts are being made to increase placement opportunities for the students and trying to conduct job fair in college campus to give them placement and help them recognise their potential.
